Shipping 

All items are packed with care before shipping out to customers. A variety of packaging materials are used to keep the product safe and secure for a successful delivery.

When possible, I use recycled boxes in order to follow a sustainable practice. Boxes are always in great condition and must meet a high level of inspection before packing up stained glass orders. This process helps to reduce waste and environmental impact. Do not fret if your box looks used, it’s what’s on the inside that matters, right?

  • US Shipping within the contiguous United States: Buyer will pay a flat rate of $15 USD.
  • Shipping outside the contiguous United States: Buyer will pay a flat rate of $50. If shipping is more expensive than this amount, the buyer will be required to pay the additional expense. If the shipping cost is less expensive than the amount, the buyer will be reimbursed the remainder. Buyer pays the increased cost of shipping and any duty/import fees. Seller is not responsible for duty fees; ensure you are aware of these costs that you are responsible for ahead of time. 
  • Handling/Process Time: 3-5 business days.
  • Damaged Product: While I pack my stained glass items with the utmost care, accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, you must send me a message within 48 hours, along with photos of the damage, to coordinate repair. Due to glass color variations and availability, please be mindful that there is a chance your stained glass item may look differently once repaired. All efforts will be made to match the glass as best as possible. 
  • Returns/Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are not offered, all sales are final.
